Immigration

Catholic Charities San Bernardino & Riverside Counties provides compassionate and accessible legal assistance to empower immigrant families and individuals. Through our Immigration Services Program, we offer expert support across Riverside and San Bernardino Counties with the help of four DOJ-partially accredited representatives.

Our services include legal representation, consultations, and assistance with essential immigration forms such as naturalization applications, adjustment of status, work permits, and DACA renewals among other immigration services. We also conduct community workshops to educate immigrants about their rights and the latest immigration policies.

With a focus on underserved populations, our program helps clients navigate the complexities of the immigration system, secure legal status, and build stable, productive lives. By fostering inclusion and opportunity, Catholic Charities is creating stronger, more connected communities.
