CAREER ADVISORY
THE CHALLENGE
Many individuals in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties face significant barriers to employment, with 100% of program participants classified as low-income, 55% identifying as women, and 90% identifying as people of color. Limited work experience, long-term unemployment, and financial hardship make securing stable, meaningful employment difficult. Without access to job training, career guidance, and financial literacy resources, individuals struggle to achieve long-term economic independence.
